Bringing Existing Noon-Report Data into navIQore
navIQore's Vessel Reports module lets operators keep their established noon-reporting workflows while bringing that data into a connected fleet, vessel, voyage and data-quality view — the first two external systems integrated via third-party API and Excel-attachment email ingestion.

Not every operator reports through navIQore's own onboard application, and they should not have to switch in order to benefit from the platform. navIQore's Vessel Reports module lets operators bring noon-report data from their existing reporting systems into navIQore, retaining established workflows while combining daily operational reports with the platform's analytics and visualisation.
The first two external noon-reporting systems have been integrated: one through a third-party API, the other via Excel-attachment email ingestion — and the underlying import mechanism supports API, email or database connections more broadly, so future integrations can be matched to whatever a customer's existing reporting system already produces.
Once ingested, reports feed a connected set of views: a fleet overview combining vessel positions, KPIs and exceptions; a searchable reports inbox filterable by vessel, report type, source and data-quality status; per-vessel and per-voyage workspaces that track progress, performance and fuel and machinery trends over time; and a dedicated data-quality view surfacing validation findings back to the report section they came from. Each figure keeps its provenance visible — whether a value is reported, derived or reconstructed — and missing reports remain visible as gaps in the record rather than being quietly filled in.
The result is a way for operators to keep the noon-reporting process their teams already know, while gaining navIQore's fleet-wide visibility and analysis on top of it.
